It is with the saddest of hearts that I express my sincerest sympathies to Gianna's beloved family on the passing of this wonderful woman. A true gem, one in a billion, so thoughtful, family oriented and kind. I've loved working with Gianna at Strathclyde; her smile brightened up even the most serious of rooms and her laughter was infectious. I will miss her so dearly.
