My mum has baked for as long as I can remember, in fact she’s made me a birthday cake for everyone of my 33 birthdays (except that year I made her buy me a Boyzone cake from Safeways). She has always spoiled us with our favourite cakes and for our wedding she made the biggest table of cakes and biscuits you’ve ever seen - as well as our wedding cake!

I share her love of baking and frequently refer to the recipe book she made for me one Christmas. It’s truly one of my most treasured possessions.
During lock down she shared her recipes with her team at work each week, I decided to stick them all on a website for her so she could share them with anyone.
